LIST OF INDIAN ARMY COMMANDS & THEIR HEADQUARTERS

Indian Army is organised into seven commands. Each command is commanded by Lieutenant General rank officer known as General Officer Commanding in Chief (GOCinc).

1. Central Command - Lucknow
2. Eastern Command - Kolkata
3. Western Command - Chandigarh
4. Northern Command - Udhampur
5. Southern Command - Pune
6. Southwest Command - Jaipur
7. Army Training Command - Shimla

LIST OF INDIAN NAVY COMMANDS & THEIR HEADQUARTERS

Indian Navy has three commands each headed by Flag Officer Commanding in Chief with the rank of Vice Admiral.

1. Eastern Naval Command - Visakhapatnam
2. Southern Naval Command - Kochi
3. Western Naval Command - Mumbai

Indian Air Force is organised into five operational commands and two functional commands headed by an Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief with the rank of Air Marsha.

1. Central Air Command - Allahabad/Prayagraj
2. Eastern Air Command - Shillong
3. Maintenance Command - Nagpur
4. Southern Air Command - Thiruvananthapuram
5. Southwestern Air Command - Gandhinagar
6. Western Air Command - New Delhi
7. Training Command - Bangalore
