The Navy has launched a large-scale search and rescue operation, deploying six ships and aircraft to find the missing crew.
Out of the 13 people on board, 11 have been rescued so far, while two are still missing.
The Ministry of Defence stated that the fishing vessel, named Marthoma, collided with a Scorpene-class submarine about 70 nautical miles from the Goa coast.
