This exercise represents a collaborative engagement between the Special Forces units of both nations.
Planned for 2026, the exercise marks its 16th edition and will take place at the Special Forces Training School in Bakloh.
Vajra Prahar is aimed at strengthening defence cooperation, improving interoperability, and enhancing joint operational readiness.
It also facilitates the exchange of advanced special operations tactics, techniques, and procedures between the two armies.
This year’s edition will concentrate on sharing advanced special operations TTPs developed through intensive training in realistic combat situations.
The programme will emphasize counter-terror operations, precision strikes, intelligence-driven missions, and coordinated planning under simulated battlefield conditions.
