BEST TABLEAU
Uttar Pradesh’s tableau, highlighting the ongoing Mahakumbh, was declared the best tableau at the 76th Republic Day celebrations.
Tripura’s tableau, themed “Eternal Reverence: The Worship of 14 Deities in Tripura - Kharchi Puja,” secured second place.
Andhra Pradesh’s tableau, themed “Etikoppaka Bommalu - Eco-Friendly Wooden Toys,” secured third place at the 76th Republic Day celebrations.
Among central ministries and departments, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs won for its tableau “Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh,” dedicated to Bhagwan Birsa Munda.
BEST MARCHING CONTINGENT
The Jammu & Kashmir Rifles were recognized as the best marching contingent among the services, while the Delhi Police Marching Contingent won in the CAPF/auxiliary forces category.
TWO SPECIAL AWARDS WERE PRESENTED
Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for its tableau “75 Years of the Constitution of India”.
‘Jayati Jai Mamah Bharatam’ Dance Group for its performance.
